A small intimate gathering is a great way for a candidate to understand the needs of their constituents.' It doesn't have to be fancy - cookies and punch - and friends. Or bring a pot-luck dish. Listening to the concerns of our neighbors is so important. If you can host an event, please Email me below.

BECOME A VOLUNTEER

There are many ways to volunteer that don't include knocking on doors or making phone calls. You can get involved with Women Dems which meets every 3rd Tuesday at the Jeffco Administration Building at 729 Maple St, Hillsboro. Doors open at 6:00 and the meeting starts at 6:30. In the 2014 election, the Republican candidate raised 4 times as much money as incumbent Ben Harris did. The GOP handed their candidate close to $90,000, and the dark money just keeps climbing for the Republicans.

The Missouri Democratic Party doesn't fund their candidates at all. Dems must raise 100% of their donations, one donor at a time - limited to $2,000 per donor per election. This is a steep hill to climb, but we can do it together.
